Occasionally you could run into issues with a user receiving emails. 99.99 % of the time this is caused by the email provider blocking OR marking our emails as spam.


You could try the following:

  • Instruct the user to add the from address (Could be found in Config > Email Configuration) to their safe senders list
  • Try setting up a BCC email (Config > Email Configuration) and track emails being sent out
  • If any of the above fails, please instruct your user to contact their email provider to unblock us as spam
