This guide will provide you with information on the borrower report delivery system.
When sending appraisal documents electronically (via Email) we follow the ECOA policy to comply with the standards which means the borrower has to agree to the policy and acknowledge before they are able to view/download the document. Our system also ensures that the Borrower would be able to download the document electronically and has software to view PDF files by first having the borrower download a sample PDF file and confirm their ability to download and view PDF file by requesting them to enter a security code generated in the sample PDF file.
