99.99% of the time login problems are caused by the following:
- Mis-typed password
- Copy and paste sometimes copies extra characters depending on the type of Mail client they are using
- Confirm whether the username is valid and is associated with the user in question.
Please try the following in order to resolve this:
- Have the user do a Forgot password (AGAIN)
- Wait for the Email
- TYPE the password
- Go to My Profile
- Update the password
If the above does not work, you (the Manager) can always go to their user profile, update their email address with yours, then do a password reset. Please see if you (the Manager) can login via the newly reset password.
