99.99% of the time login problems are caused by the following:

  1. Mis-typed password
  2. Copy and paste sometimes copies extra characters depending on the type of Mail client they are using
  3. Confirm whether the username is valid and is associated with the user in question.
Please try the following in order to resolve this:
  1. Have the user do a Forgot password (AGAIN)
  2. Wait for the Email
  3. TYPE the password
  4. Go to My Profile
  5. Update the password
If the above does not work, you (the Manager) can always go to their user profile, update their email address with yours, then do a password reset. Please see if you (the Manager) can login via the newly reset password.
