How to address when users are sent back to Login Screen

 

 

Users will occasionally report that they are being sent back to the login page once they try to perform a function in the system. There are two separate causes of this which account for the majority of the reasons why this happens. This guide will assist with resolving this issue.

 

 

Step 1:

The user should first clear the cache on their browser. The instructions for doing this vary for each browser. Once you perform these instructions please close the browser and proceed to step 2

Step 2:

You need to confirm your date, time and timezone are all correct on the system. It is important to check ALL THREE of these. To do so, click on the clock in the lower right corner of your screen:

 

 


You will then click on “Change date and Time Settings” to get the following screen:

 


 

If the date and time are incorrect, please click the “Change date and Time” button and set the system to the current date and time.


If the timezone is incorrect, please click the “Change Time Zone” button and choose the correct timezone from the list.

 

Then click Apply/OK to close all open boxes

Step 3:

The final step in the process is to login to the website and then click on “My Profile” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If the timezone listed on the profile screen is incorrect, please click “Edit User Data” (If you are an appraiser) or simply choose the right timezone from the list.
